I’m happy to announce that T. Nile, Galiano’s own Tamara Nile, will be joining us for my Vistas and Shorelines Collection Opening on Friday August 14th from 3-7 pm at the Yellowhouse Art Centre. Please come and join Tamara and I for an afternoon/early evening of local musical and visual art!
Refreshments will be provided. Social distancing protocols will be in place for the show inside and the outdoor entertainment. Limited seating is available, feel free to bring your lawn chair.
Fine art landscapes of Galiano Island by artist Jeanne Erickson. Original paintings from small to large, prints, cards.and commissions celebrate the beauty of Galiano Island’s vistas, shorelines and forests.
Jeanne Erickson Art will be at the Galiano Island Saturday Market, 992 Burrill Road from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm every Saturday until and including October 10th. Her gallery tent is set up to allow you to walk through, one party at a time and hand sanitizer is available both at the market entrance and the gallery tent.
The Forest Edge Vistas and Shorelines show (previously scheduled for April 2020) has been rescheduled to August 14 – 30 2020 at the Yellowhouse Art Centre, 2517 Sturdies Bay Road, Galiano Island. The opening will be August 14th from 3 pm to 7 pm to allow plenty of time for social distancing (outdoor seating and refreshments will be available for those who are waiting) and hand sanitizer will be available both indoors and outdoors.
